Beta Status

Vibe is currently in beta testing. Features may change, and the platform may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete functionality. By using Vibe during beta, you acknowledge you are testing experimental software and accept all risks associated with its use.

Purpose of Vibe

Vibe is an AI-assisted research and tooling interface for Web3/DeFi. It provides market insights, token information, analytics, and wallet-initiated workflows. Vibe is not a broker, exchange, custodian, or financial advisor.

Wallet & Self-Custody

Vibe does not control wallets or private keys. Users connect their own Web3 wallets and execute transactions directly. Vibe does not hold, custody, or recover assets on behalf of users.

AI & Third-Party Services

Vibe integrates AI services and third-party protocols such as Web3Auth by Metamask and 1inch API. These services are outside our control. We make no guarantees regarding their availability, performance, or accuracy. Use them at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe and its affiliates are not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the platform, reliance on information, or interaction with third-party services.

Changes & Updates

Because Vibe is in beta, we may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
